Stepping up to a motor home.

My husband retired in the spring of 2008 due to medical problems.  At the time, we had a Coleman pop-up that we had pulled all over the country from the northern tip of Maine to the California coast.  When we took it west last year, we realized it was getting too hard for us to use.  Crank it up, pull the beds out, set the supports and on and on.  So this summer, we decided that life is short, sold our old pop-up and bought a 36 ft 2005 Jayco Seneca.  What a difference!  We can now be set up in 15 minutes with the coffee brewing.

We dreamed (well, maybe I dreamed) that one day we would be full time RVers.  While that may still happen some day, for now we will take our twice a year vacations on the road and some weekends as well.

We will hit the road on September 3 for a 3 week trip up the east coast, starting in Myrtle Beach.  We will post about our journeys and maybe some other stuff, too.
